Cleveland Browns wide receiver Davone Bess is in the news again just one day after his infamous Twitter pic showcasing what appears to be marijuana and alcohol.  Bess walked out of jail at 10:35 a.m. after being arrested at the Fort Lauderdale Airport in Florida at 6:15 a.m., Friday, January 17, for assaulting a firefighter/officer.  According to the arrest report, Bess was walking down the concourse acting "irrationally, dancing, singing with his pants repeatedly falling down."

Garfield Heights Police are holding a man in jail for stealing a car with a 7-year-old girl inside.  Dwone Moore is facing charges for what happened Thursday night beginning at East 131 and Broadway.

An off-duty Cleveland firefighter was arrested late Thursday night for threatening tenants with a machete.  It happened in the 3100 block of East 94th around 11 p.m.
