A man is alive today, thanks to Cleveland Firefighters.
The 53-year-old was rescued from a house fire at 11414 Temblett Avenue Thursday afternoon.
When firefighters arrived, the victim was locked inside the house, because he didn't have a key to his cast iron security door.
Firefighters broke a first floor window and carried him outside.
The man was treated for smoke inhalation at Metro.
Cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
