Toyota recalls, dogs attack, and Castro's nephew arrested

We start the morning with some breaking news, a possible recall on some of the most popular cars in America. The heated seats in some models could catch fire, and Toyota is preparing for a recall. Reporter Shannon Davidson is live with the cars affected and what you should keep an eye out for.

And an off-duty cop saves a man from three vicious dogs, after they attacked four people in an east side neighborhood. Reporter Bill Safos is live as one victim describes exactly what happened yesterday afternoon.
