Owner of popular west side bar dies at 43
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner confirms the death of 43-year-old Sean Kilbane, known to many as the co-owner of the Happy Dog, a bar located at 5801 Detroit Ave in Cleveland.

Kilbane died early Sunday morning on February 2 from injuries sustained after an accident which took place at the bar.

The incident occurred around 1 a.m.

Kilbane was also a well-known musician in the community.

Those that knew Kilbane said that he planned to open a second Happy Dog location in the near future at the Euclid Tavern.

The Happy Dog was closed on Sunday. It will remain closed on Monday.

There were two dozen roses and one dozen carnations at the bar on Sunday night.

Funeral arrangements have yet to be determined.
