A woman tells 19 Action News that the area between Memphis and Fulton has yet to be plowed after all that snow.
Tire tracks are evident in snow several inches thick on West 51st and West 50th just off of Fulton.
One resident says the lack of plowing is an ongoing issue every measurable snowfall, and it sometimes takes up to one week before the street is cleared by city workers.
According to the City, snow plows concentrated on the main and secondary roads on Wednesday, and during the overnight hours, started to focus on neighborhoods.
Thursday morning, the City of Cleveland lifted the mandatory parking ban.
