A 28-year-old man was fatally stabbed during a domestic dispute on Cleveland's east side late Thursday night.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has identified the victim as Anthony Martemus.
The deadly stabbing happened in the 600th block of East 123rd Street around 11 p.m.
The preliminary investigation reveals that a 21-year-old woman and Martemus were involved in an altercation during which the Cleveland man suffered a stab wound to the chest.
Martemus was rushed to Metro, where he was pronounced dead.
The suspect was arrested on scene. No word on charges at this time.
