Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson administered the Oath of Office to a new Director of Public Safety, Chief of Police and two other key positions this morning.
Chief McGrath became the new Safety Director, Calvin Williams became the new chief, Commander Chief Wayne Drummond was promoted to Deputy Chief and Dennis Hill was promoted to Commander.

There's a massive meat recall that involves nearly nine million pounds of beef and veal products from Rancho Feeding Corporation in California.
Federal officials say the meat came from diseased animals that weren't properly inspected.
No illnesses have been reported.
The meat was shipped to distribution centers and retail establishments in California, Florida, Illinois and Texas between January 2013 and 2014.
