EAST CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - More cuts in East Cleveland.
19 Action News has obtained a lay off notice issued [READ BELOW] to one of its police officers. He says several other officers got the same letter, telling them they'd be out of a job in a month.
We spoke to Mayor Gary Norton earlier this week when cut backs to other departments were announced.
We asked if police and fire would be affected. He said that's all he had for now.
Calls to him today were not returned.
