Extreme weather hits the poor the hardest; Suspected murder-suicide in Cleveland

(WOIO) -

Sub-Zero temperatures, snow - lots of snow for long periods of time - it isn't just a nuisance. "The weather is terrible here," says Francisca Nzekwe, who just moved here with her family from Nigeria. Research shows this extreme winter weather affects our daily lives.

Cleveland police are on the scene of what appears to be a murder-suicide on the city's west side. Police were called to the 3400 block of West 125th and Lorain around 12:25 p.m. Sunday.
