Cavs go cold, lose to Wizards

The Cavaliers are running out of time.  With just 26 games left on the schedule and the Cavs 13 games below .500, each loss -- like the one tonight to the Wizards at the Q -- is magnified.  The Cavs are scrambling now in the standings and on the floor, as they desperately try to expedite fitting Spencer Hawes into the rotations.  They are now 0-2 with the new seven footer on the squad.

The Wizards defense held the Cavs to just 11 fourth-quarter points in the 96-83 victory.  The road team won all four games between the two teams this year.

Luol Deng led Cleveland with 17 points and the Cavaliers lost for the second straight time after winning six in a row. The Cavs host the Raptors on Tuesday at the Q.
