One year ago federal agents raided the company headquarters of Pilot Flying J in Knoxville, Tennessee. The question surrounding the federal investigation J is what's next, or perhaps more specifically, who's next?

Let's remember Jimmy Haslam, the CEO and Browns owner, has repeatedly denied ever knowing his company was purposely cheating trucking companies out of their diesel fuel rebates. He denies knowing about it, but admits it was happening.

"We make mistakes like any company does, but there is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior."

Already 10 top Pilot employees have made deals with the government. They've pleaded guilty, and are awaiting sentencing. It has not been revealed about what's in their deals.

Those charged go almost all the way to the top, including National Sales Director Brian Mosher, who's accused of teaching staff how to cheat companies out of their rebates.

The only two at the top of the Pilot food chain who haven't been charged, and have the presumption of innocence at this time, are Pilot President Mark Hazelwood and the company CEO Jimmy Haslam.
