Military get in free at Cedar Point to celebrate July 4

SANDUSKY, OH (WOIO) -

Cedar Point honoring military with free admission to the park and Soak City all week long.  

All active, retired and honorably-discharged members of the United States Armed Forces will receive complimentary admission into both parks, Monday through Sunday, June 30-July 6, with a valid ID. (Valid forms of ID include: active duty ID, retired personnel ID, VA ID or a copy of DD-214 discharge papers and photo ID.)

Family members also receive a special discount on Cedar Point admission by purchasing a regular ticket priced at $38.99. That's a savings of $21 off the regular admission price! (This offer is only available at park admission booths.) 

There will also be fireworks Friday night, July 4 and Saturday night, July 5 and aerial performances by Bill Leff Airshows and the E Team Skydivers.
