ESPN NBA Insider Chris Broussard reported on Monday that his sources indicate the Cavaliers will offer Kyrie Irving a max deal on July 1st. A max deal would be five years and $90 million. He says the team will be in New Jersey to offer Irving the contract.
The 22-year old is a two-time All Star and was MVP of the All Star game this season. He averaged more than 20 points and six assists a contest. Irving has missed 49 games in three seasons due to various injuries.
