SOUTH EUCLID, OH (WOIO) -

Around 7 p.m. Saturday, South Euclid Police responded to a call of shots fired near the area of Mayfield and Green Roads.

According to police, several people were arrested on various charges, including fleeing and having weapons while under disability.

A bullet was also found in a gas tanker truck that was driving by the area.

Police say that rowdy individuals leaving a nearby festival may have led to the shootings.

No injuries were reported.

Police are still booking suspects at this time.

Multiple local units responded, including Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights and Beachwood, to help get the crowd under control.

An investigation is ongoing.
