Brothers indicted in murder of Cleveland Heights business owner

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) - Two pairs of brothers have been indicted in the murder of Cleveland Heights restaurant owner, Jim Brennan.

Brandon Jones, Devonne Turner, and Darien Jones are all charged with aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.

Paul Turner is charged with tampering with evidence and obstruction.

Brennan was shot to death June 30, while opening his restaurant Brennan's Colony on Lee Road.

Brandon Jones worked at the restaurant as a dishwasher.

Cleveland Heights Police say all four suspects confessed.

The judge set bond for Brandon Jones, Darien Jones and Devonne Turner at $1 million and bound their cases over to the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury.

Paul Turner's bond is $500,000. His case has also been bound over to the grand jury.
