Browns Pro Bowl cornerback, Joe Haden has officially challenged the Cleveland sports. Which team will ignite the city and bring a championship to Cleveland first? Is LeBron enough to make Cavs contender?
After James announced his return on Friday, Haden retorted, "LeBron makes things happen pretty quickly, so we're going to have to get to it. I say it's going to be a tight fight. I know me and Manziel will be pushing to make that happen before. That's why LeBron is coming here, to bring a championship to the city, and I'm trying to do the same thing "It's a great day in Cleveland. It's been almost overwhelming. I was actually having my football camp when people that were at my camp -- peoples' parents -- were like, 'Oh my goodness, LeBron's here. LeBron's here. LeBron's coming back home.' I'm super excited. I've been a really, really big LeBron supporter."
As most Cleveland sports fanatics know, there hasn't been a major professional sports championship since 1964. It was the Browns who won that championship! Athletic greatness has blessed Cleveland this year, and it's an official race to see who will be bringing home the rings. Let the games begin!
