BAY VILLAGE, OH (WOIO) - Cuyahoga County prosecutors say Kevin Fillinger is accused of having sex with a high school girls basketball player.
The indictment for eight charges includes gross sexual imposition and sexual battery. Records show his crimes go back to 2012.
Fillinger is also accused of molesting another teen girl while working at the Fairview Park rec center, along with sending dirty text messages and tweets to even more girls. Police found pictures on his phone.
Fillinger was fired by the school district. This case unraveled after complaints against him were made at the school about inappropriate texting.
