Billy Butler came off the bench and hammered a pinch-hit two-run home run that lifted Kansas City to a 6-4 win over the Indians. The blast came off John Axford and broke a 4-4 tie.

Carlos Santana had a big night for the Tribe, homering twice and driving in three runs. David Murphy had a three hit game

Kansas City has won the first two games of the four game series. The two teams square off again on Saturday night at 7:10, Jeremy Guthrie will oppose Zach McAllister.
