FREMONT, OH (WOIO) - Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of a young man who's death still has many people asking questions.
Funeral services for Cory Barron are set for Monday, July 28, at 11:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church.
According to the Herman-Kinn Funeral Home, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Autism Speaks in Cory's memory or to the Cory Barron Memorial Fund, in which the donations will be redistributed at a later date to charities of Cory's interest.
Barron was last seen alive at the Jason Aldean concert at Progressive Field on July 18.
After Barron suddenly vanished, friends, family and law enforcement searched for days before an employee at a Lorain County landfill discovered his body.
Police say that Barron appears to have fallen down a trash chute at the stadium into a dumpster.
There were no obvious signs of injury on Barron's body, but the investigation into what happened to him is still ongoing.
The Lorain County Coroner still has not released a final cause of death.
