In Cleveland, the Columbus Road lift bridge was put into place over the Cuyahoga River this morning.
The nearly two million pound, 242 foot long bridge has been under construction for more than a year by the American Bridge Company.
It was placed onto a barge Monday morning, but bad weather delayed the move until this morning.
The bridge began moving around 6 a.m. Tuesday, after getting clearance from the Coast Guard.
A small crowd was on hand to watch the procedure.
