The Lakewood man accused of driving drunk and killing a man pled not guilty at his arraignment.
28-year-old William Galvin is charged with multiple felonies in connection with the July 4, 2014
accident and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Police say Galvin struck 36-year-old David Nageotte on Cook Avenue and then fled the scene.
Nageotte, who worked at the American Red Cross, was left to die in the street right across from his house.
Detectives found car parts on the scene and tracked down Galvin.
