Michael Brantley's 16th home run of the year could not have come at a better time on Sunday. With one out in the bottom of the 12th inning, Brantley drilled a solo shot to right to end the game and give the Indians a 4-3 win over Texas. The win gave them a series sweep.
Before Brantley's dramatic blast, David Murphy had done much of the heavy lifting for the Tribe. The former Ranger hit a game-tying two-run homer in the bottom of the 9th to send the game into extra innings. Murphy drove in their first run with an RBI double in the second inning.
With the win the Indians improved to 56-55 on the season.
