MONTVILLE TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) - The Montville Township Police Department released several crash photos from a deadly accident that took the life of one teen on Sunday night.

Katherine Babak was killed in the accident on River Styx Road when her Plymouth Acclaim was hit head-on by a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The driver of the Jeep, 26-year-old Jeremy Goodrich, went left of center, according to preliminary investigation.

Babak's passengers, 15-year-old Valerie Snyder is in fair condition, and the condition of her other passenger, 16-year-old Earlena Couch, is unknown. Goodrich is in fair condition.

Babak died at the scene, and the other three victims were all life-flighted to MetroHealth Medical Center.

The crash remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed.
