JEFFERSON COUNTY, OH - The Ohio Attorney General's Office has indicted a Cleveland man on murder charges in connection with three homicides in Jefferson County from the 1970's.
Stanley Rusnak, 56, has been charged with three counts of murder.
He is accused of murdering his uncle, 75-year-old James Kelsie Noble; and sister-in-law Sophie Croch Bell, 52, back in April of 1975 during a home invasion at Noble's home in Piney Fork, Ohio.
Rusnak is also accused of killing 78-year-old Robert Scott sometime in July 1977. His body has never been found, but there is evidence of a break-in at his home in Rayland, Ohio.
Rusnak was arrested by the US Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force. He will be extradited to Jefferson County and is scheduled to be in court on August 13.
