Cleveland Police Officer convicted of drunk driving

PARMA, OH (WOIO) - A Cleveland Police Officer was convicted of drunk driving Wednesday morning.

Lt. Michael Baker pled no contest in Parma Muni Court to charges stemming from a June incident.

Parma Police arrested the 46-year-old officer after he caused a multi-vehicle accident at West 9th and Dartmoore Avenue.

After causing the crash, Baker fled the scene.

There were no injuries.

Baker will be sentenced September 10.
