The deceased woman who Cleveland Police discovered on E.99 and Hilgert Saturday morning has been identified.
41-year-old Dawn Hall-Porter was found unresponsive at 7:15 a.m. on August 16.
Cleveland Police are investigating just how Hall-Porter ended up in the front yard of a home just one street over from her home.
Hall-Porter leaves behind a husband and three minor children ages 5, 12, and 15.
Her family, shocked by her sudden death, say that Hall-Porter suffered from Lupus and Epileptic seizures.
The family also shared their inability to pay for a proper burial or cremation services and are planning to set up a burial fund in her name.
