Two teens locked up after they were caught inside a local middle school

AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

Akron police arrested two teens after they broke into a local middle school.

Shortly after 7:00pm Sunday night, officers responded to an alarm at Goodyear Middle School, located at 49 North Martha Avenue. Responding officers met a security guard at the school who reported a broken door window and that she could hear several males inside of the school. After a brief foot chase, officers apprehended two male suspects.  

Officers arrested Fabian J. Parson, 17, of Bulger Street in Akron, and Kane F. Wolfe, 18, of Cutler Parkway in Akron.

They were charged with breaking and entering, criminal damaging, obstructing official business and resisting arrest. Parson was placed in the custody of the Summit County Juvenile Detention Center and Wolfe was booked into the Summit County Jail.

Officers found damage to a display case and other glass windows inside of the school. Officers also found two cars belonging to Ganley Toyota, located at 1395 East Market Street that were also damaged.
