AVON, OH (WOIO) -

Attention baseball fans! If you bring a school supply item to the Lake Erie Crushers game tonight, you will get a free ticket to the game! 

The Crushers have partnered with the Neighborhood Alliance to put on this event. It was originally scheduled for August 11, but that game was rained out. 

In order to get the free ticket, you must bring one of the supplies listed below:

Scissors, Crayons, Pencils, Highlighters, Disinfecting wipes, Tissues, Dry erase markers, Glue sticks, Large pink erasers, Paper towels, Folders, Markers, Plastic pencil box, Elmer's glue, Ziploc Bags, Headphones, Elmer's glue, 1" binder, colored pencils, post-it notes, Washable markers, Index Cards, Red Pens, Composition Book, Ruler, Spiral notebooks, Wide-ruled filler paper, Pencil pouch, Calculator (TI-30), Book Covers, Protractor and compass, Flash drive, and hand sanitizer.

Each item gets you one free ticket. Fans will not be able to use cash to purchase tickets. 

Neighborhood Alliance helps communities grow stronger by helping people with basic needs. The supplies will be donated to families who are in need. 

The Crushers take on the Gateway Grizzlies at 7:05. Bring school supplies and get in for free!
