A Cleveland man is facing more than 100 charges for cheating the Horseshoe Casino. Once he got caught cheating, investigators found he had done it multiple times at the casino before.
A total of 139 charges now filed against Vaughn Perry. One is for grand theft for about $4,000 in illegal winnings.
The Casino Control Commission says Perry got caught cheating in May at the blackjack table. Then investigators went back and looked at video of when he'd been in the casino prior. Agents found he had cheated in various ways placing bets and somehow got away with it.
We went to the address listed for Perry on court records, but only a snarling dog came to the door.
Perry has faced charges before for drugs, a weapon, and stolen property.
Records show when he finally did get caught for this, he left the casino before agents could grab him.
He is expected in court early next month.
