Pre-Trial: Two sets of brothers back in court, accused of murdering Cleveland Heights businessman

The four suspects accused in the murder of Cleveland Heights restaurant owner Jim Brennan will be back in court today for their pre-trial hearings.

Brandon Jones, his brother Darien Jones, and Devonne Turner are all charged with aggravated murder and aggravated robbery. Paul Turner, Devonne's brother, is charged with obstruction.  

Brennan was shot to death June 30, while opening his restaurant Brennan's Colony on Lee Road.

Brandon Jones worked at the restaurant as a dishwasher.

Cleveland Heights Police say the men confessed to their involvement a few days after the crime.

All remain behind bars.
