EUCLID, OH (WOIO) -

The family of a 15-year-old who drowned at Euclid Beach is preparing for his burial today.

On Sunday, Bryce Canady was celebrating a friends birthday at the beach when he was sucked underwater.

Bryce's friend Cristian Regaldo was there and saw him struggling and tried to help. 34-year-old Kelly Walker jumped right in and tried to save him. She died as well.

Now, the Canady family is preparing for Bryce's funeral, but the family had no insurance to help with the expenses. The public can help by donating to the Bryce Canady Memorial Fund at any First Merit Bank.

Bryce's family says visitation was yesterday at Charles Taylor Funeral Services at 21900 Euclid Ave. in Euclid.

Funeral services are Friday at Good Shepard Baptist at 17822 Euclid Avenue beginning at 10 a.m. He will be buried at Evergreen Cemetery following the service.
