Akron man convicted of home invasion sentenced to 14 years

AKRON, OH (WOIO) - An Akron man was sentenced to 14 years in prison for his role in a 2013 home invasion.

On Thursday, August 21, Tyree Feaster pled guilty to aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and several weapons charges.

The charges were in connection to an incident that occurred at an Akron home on Alphada Avenue.

Prosecutors say Feaster and another man, Travaski T. Jackson, broke into the home wearing masks and armed with guns.
Jackson did not enter a plea. He was sentenced to 27 years.
