The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are in the Cleveland area this morning after a deadly plane crash. Four people were killed when the small plane crashed just past the runway at the Cuyahoga County Airport in Richmond Heights Monday night. According to the Ohio State Patrol the victims have been identified as William Felton of Saginaw, MI. The 20-year old was piloting the 1999 Cessna model 172R and had his temporary pilot license for a year and regular license for a month. Felton's passengers included Lucas Marcelli of Massillon, OH, also 20-years old, along with Abhrams Pishevar of Rockville, MD and John Hill of Saint Simmons, GA, both 18-years old. The men were Case Western University students who rented the plane but officials say they did not file a flight plan.
