The Pittsburgh Steelers defeat the Cleveland Browns 30-27.
It was a rough start out the gate for the Cleveland Browns.
The first drive of the game the Steelers made it down the field with ease, the drive stalled out at the Browns 18, Shaun Suisham hit a 36 yard field goal to put the first points on the board.
The Browns answered with a field goal themselves with Billy Cundiff hitting a 39 yard field goal. Tied 3-3
The Steelers put up seven points to close out the first quarter with a Legarrette Blount 7 yard rushing touchdown. Steelers up 10-3
In the second quarter the Steelers kept it going with another touchdown, Roethlisberger to Brown for a 35 yard touchdown. Couple minutes later the Steelers put more salt on the wound with a Le'veon Bell 38 yard touchdown putting the Steelers up 24-3.
Suisham ended the first half with a 34 yard field goal, Steelers up 27-3.
Browns running back, Ben Tate left the game with a knee injury.
Third quarter the Browns get their first touchdown of the season with a 3 yard rush by Isaiah Crowell. Steelers up 27-10.
Isaiah Crowell with his second rushing touchdown of the game, this one comes from 15 yards out. Steelers still up 27-17.
Billy Cundiff hits a 25 yard field goal to make it a one possession game, down 27-20.
Brian Hoyer finds WR, Travis Benjamin in the back of the endzone with a 9 yard TD to tie the game up at 27.
Shaun Suisham hits the game winning field goal as time expired. Steelers win 30-27.
