The Pac-12 has fined University of Southern California Athletic Director, Pat Haden 25,000 for his sideline incident Saturday.
Haden came down on the sidelines after he said he got a text from USC's staff, as a request of head coach, Steve Sarkisian.
"The conduct by USC Athletics Director Pat Haden was inappropriate," said Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott in a release. "Such actions by an administrator in attempt to influence the officiating, and ultimately the outcome of a contest, will not be tolerated."
Pat Haden apologized for his actions on Sunday, but it seems that wouldn't enough for the conference.
Haden also imposed a sideline ban on himself for USC's next two games.
USC (2-0, 1-0 in Pac-12) jumped to the No.9 ranking in the AP poll after this past Saturday's victory against Standford. USC plays at Boston College this Saturday.
