An argument bystander ends up dead from a gunshot wound to the chest

An argument and fight broke out between two or more men Monday September 9 around 1:50 a.m., and during the argument either one of the men fired or both exchanged shots.

A bystander was struck by a bullet in the chest.  The victim, Lee A. King Jr. was not involved in the argument. 

Cleveland Police officers responded to East 93rd Street and Amesbury for a shooting. When they arrived, the 46-year-old was found with a gunshot wound to his chest. 

King was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center where he died. 

Cleveland police is investigating and searching for suspects.
