A 19-year-old Cleveland man was sentenced to 22 years in prison for a gas station murder caught on tape.
Robert Mahone was convicted of shooting Donald Coley earlier this year at the Marathon Gas Station at East 55th and Woodland Avenue.
Mahone's friend had been involved in an argument with another man over iced tea, when Mahone open-fired.
Coley, an innocent bystander, was struck and killed.
Mahone fled the scene and was arrested March 18 hiding in a Garfield Heights apartment.
