Shots were fired and one person was hit in the shoulder at West 105 and Almira on September 9 around 12:30 a.m. The argument all started over a girl.
Cleveland Police arrived on scene and found the 21-year-old victim with a gunshot would to his right shoulder in a car with other occupants.
The preliminary investigation reveals that an argument began between the victim's brother and another male over a female and that the victim and his brother went to this male's house, on Almira.
Upon their arrival, an argument ensued between the victim's group of people and other males at the home, during which time one male fired several shots and the victim was shot in the shoulder.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his late teens with short dark hair.
