Carjacking suspect arrested, accused of taking woman's car at Key Bank ATM

Authorities have identified and arrested the man they say carjacked a woman at a Key Bank ATM on 13681 Lorain Road in Cleveland last week.

According to the FBI, on Sept. 6, a white male armed with a large knife approached a female that had just obtained money from the ATM. The white male threatened her with the knife, took her money and ordered her out of the passenger side of the car. Officials say he then stole her vehicle.

Thursday police arrested a 47-year-old. The suspect is expected to be charged with aggravated robbery.

The FBI's Violent Crime Task Force, along with the Cleveland Police Department's First District continues to investigate the incident. Tips can remain anonymous and reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of this individual.
