The Michigan Wolverines and Texas Longhorns have announced a home-and-home series.
Michigan lost their series with Notre Dame to Ohio State, so they're moving on to the next best thing. The Longhorns and Wolverines have announced plans on Wednesday for a home-and-home series. Texas will visit Ann Arbor in 2024, and Michigan will head to Austin in 2027.
"A matchup of this magnitude doesn't come along all that often, and when it does, it's special for both programs and the great fans that support each institution," Michigan coach Brady Hoke said in a statement.
The last time they met, Texas beat Michigan on a last second field goal to win the 2005 Rose Bowl.
