A new LeBron James banner is coming to a building near you.

Cleveland Sherwin-Williams asked permission to hang up another LeBron James banner in downtown Cleveland.

The city's Design and Review committee approved the banner Thursday.

The Planning Commission approved it Friday morning.

Reports are the banner would hang at Sherwin-Williams headquarters that is located across the street from Quicken Loans Arena.

Before "The Decision" there was a "Witness" LeBron James banner that hung across the street from the Cavaliers home. That was soon taken down after LeBron took his talents to South Beach and left Cleveland in shock.

Fast-forward four years and it seems like time truly did heal all wounds. LeBron James announced his return to the Cleveland Cavaliers this off season and fans erupted with excitement. James won 2 world championships in Miami, and hopes to add more rings here in Cleveland. Cleveland has yet to see a championship since 1964 when the Cleveland Browns won the championship.

Details of the new banner would look much like the old one, James will have his signature arms spread, powder in the air and on the back it will say "Cleveland."
