DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - During the 12th annual SPARX City Hop, presented by the Downtown Cleveland Alliance, on Saturday, September 20, free trolleys took "city hoppers" from downtown Cleveland to Tremont and Ohio City to enjoy the city's art and culture.
The event consisted of more than 100 galleries, artist studios and retailers in and around Downtown Cleveland.
New this year was the SPARX main hub at PlayhouseSquare under the GE Chandelier.
SPARX tour guides were onboard all trolleys to share facts about each neighborhood's architecture, culture, history, local artists as well as the development happening in Downtown Cleveland.
With $5.5 billion in public and private investment happening right now in Downtown Cleveland, SPARX is a great way for Clevelanders to be tourists in their own city.
