Cleveland's Accident Investigation Unit is investigating a fatal accident.
On Sunday, September 21 at 9 p.m. a 25-year-old Streetsboro man, was speeding in his 1991 Nissan when he crashed at W. 28th Street and Washington.
The driver struck the median wall and guardrail before coming to final rest on top of the guardrail.
The vehicle was also occupied by a front seat passenger, Michael Schrader Jr., 33, of Cleveland.
Schrader was taken to MetroHealth Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police believe the driver had been drinking. After being released from the hospital, he will be booked for aggravated vehicular homicide.
