Cleveland Police have found a sex offender wanted for the severe child abuse of his four-year-old handicapped son.
Police arrested Rodriguez Fortson, 27, late Monday.
They issued a warrant out for his arrest last week.
The victim has cerebral palsy, cannot communicate, is immobile, and has sustained two broken jaws -- the right and left - in less than 1 month.
This child has had multiple hospital visits in the last 18 months. He suffered from a tibial buckle fracture in February of last year, a facial laceration from April 2014, a left side mandibular fracture from July and a right side mandibular fracture from last month.
The mother of the victim has already been arrested.
