LAKE COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

The Lake County woman at the center of a deadly love triangle was sentenced Monday.

Sabrina Zunich was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 30 years.

Zunich pled guilty last month to stabbing her foster mother, Lisa M. Knoefel, more than 130 times at their Willoughby Hills home on November 16, 2012.

She was having an affair with Lisa's husband, who was also her foster father Kevin D. Knoefel, and expected to be with him after Lisa was dead.

She testified against Kevin Knoefel during his July trial. Convicted of being the mastermind behind the crime, Knoefel was found guilty and sentenced to life with no parole for at least 30 years and 12 years for the sexual relationship when Zunich was a minor.
