On how it felt to be back atpractice:
"It felt good. It felt greatto be back out there. I'm like a little kid in a candy store right now."
On if he'll be ready tostart on Sunday:
"We'll see where my knee isat. We'll see how it goes. Right now, it's so early on. We've got to reallyhave a chance to go through a full practice and just see how I feel. If itfeels good, then I'll go. If not, then we'll wait and see."
On if he's excited to come back as the starter after RBs IsaiahCrowell and Terrance West played well:
"Of course. Like I said, if I'm going to be out there, of course I'm goingto be ready to do that. We'll see what happens. I'm proud of those guys. Ibelieve in myself. I know what I can do, and I believe in my talents. I'm neverone of those guys who wants to hate on the next guy. I'm proud of those guys.I'm proud of what they've done, but I also think they could have done a betterjob, too. I let those guys know that because the better they are, the betterthis room is going to be and the better or team's going to be."
On if he brings a receiving option to the offense, after the RBsweren't very involved in the pass game to this point:
"I think so. I think they have good hands. It's just sometimesyou've got to know where to be at and when to get there. I think just my experiencehelps me with that."
On what it means for Head Coach Mike Pettine and running backscoach Wilbert Montgomery to say that he's the starter if he's healthy:
"Just that all the work that I put in in the summer. That's whenthe jobs are open. It means that all the work that I put into the summerobviously means something. I think that's just important because – not to knockthose guys or anything but anybody can have a great game or two – it's how youput it together throughout the season. I think I've done that in this league. That's good for them to get that experience. I think it helps out with themgetting better and every position group getting better. That's only going tohelp our team. It's a long season. There's always going to be injuries. That'sjust football."
On telling Pettine that he could have played Sunday if there was agame:
"We'll see. Maybe I could have. Maybe I couldn't have. Like Isaid, we'll see how it goes as the week goes on."
