Police in Parma, North Royalton and Strongsville are working two robberies with a possible connection.

Monday, a man carrying a gun held up the Subway at the corner of Broadview and Sprague Roads. The suspect fled with the entire cash drawer. No one was hurt. A surveillance picture was released.

Tuesday evening North Royalton Police responded to an armed robbery at Antonio's Pizza on Sprague Road. The robbery was similar to the armed robbery at Subway.

An anonymous tip was called into Strongsville Police that the possible Subway suspect was at the Strongsville Walmart.

Officers located the suspect and he was arrested. That arrest led to the arrest of another suspect that is believed to be involved with the North Royalton armed robbery.

Both suspects are being held.

If anyone has information regarding the identity of the male please call Det. Joseph Duganier at 440-887-7337 or the City of Parma Crime Tip Line at 440-887-7340.
