Hours before the doors even opened at the Q, hundreds of fans were lining up to get inside. All this...and it wasn't even a real game.
One fan we spoke with came down at 4 o'clock and saw lines everywhere.
All the craziness was just for a scrimmage, a revved up practice.
But it didn't matter. A total of 20,000 free tickets meant the place was packed and you could feel the energy in the building. It felt electric.
"Oh my God! Who wouldn't be here tonight? It's so exciting with LeBron back and the whole team on the court. We're ready for it," said one excited Cavs fan.
Ready for LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers to make a championship run.
On this night, the score doesn't matter. But there are obvious signs LeBron's return means big business.
"More money for everybody, the city. Generates more money downtown," said another Cavs fan.
You can expect the Q to look like this 41 times during the regular season -- and probably for some playoffs games, too.
"So excited! Got me a 10-game plan. May try to get more, but it's a start," said a devoted fan.
Truly, who isn't excited in Cleveland?
