EAST SPARTA, OH (WOIO) -We are following breaking news in Stark County this morning:  Neighbors at the Springwood Lake Campground in East Sparta are being evacuated so crews can begin digging to stop a crude oil leak. Officials on the scene in Stark County tell us a 30-inch oil main owned by Dominion Gas is leaking, forcing crude oil to bubble up from the ground.  We're told the smell of natural gas is heavy in the air. Natural gas is a byproduct of the crude.
Crews are not clear about how far underground the leak is. EPA, Hazmat, Dominion Gas and Red Cross officials are all on the scene.
Right now there is no word on when neighbors will be allowed back into their homes.

TODAY:  Foggy start, otherwise, mostly sunny and warm!  High: 77

TONIGHT:  Mild!  Partly cloudy.  Low: 65

TOMORROW:  Scattered showers and storms.  Windy and warm.  High: 75

(CNN) - Rhode Island is reporting the first death connected with Enterovirus 68. The state's health department says a 10-year-old girl died last week with Enterovirus 68 and a staph infection. Health officials say the "rare combination" can cause severe illnesses in children and adults. Enterovirus 68 has been sending more children than usual to the hospital with respiratory issues. The CDC has confirmed more than 400 cases in 41 states. The virus seems to be most affecting children with a history of asthma or breathing problems.
