ARREST: Cleveland Heights man arrested, charged in Katz Club arson

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland Heights Police have arrested the man they say burned down the Katz Club Diner  Tuesday morning.

James Warholak was charged Wednesday with aggravated arson.

Police say the 46-year old deliberately set the fire that gutted the popular Lee Road restaurant.

The diner has been a fixture in the city since 1997.

Warholak was arraigned Wednesday afternoon, and his bond set at $250,000. He is currently being held in the Cleveland Heights jail, awaiting transfer to the county jail.

The dollar amount of damage the fire caused is unknown.
